In accordance with the Articles of Association and Rules of the Club, Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Club will take place on Thursday May 25th 2017 at the Clubhouse, commencing 7.30pm. All club members are invited and encouraged to attend.
The Agenda is to:
1 Read the Notice Convening the Meeting
2 Agree the Minutes of the previous AGM 2016
3 To receive the Reports of the Executive Committee
4 To receive and if thought fit, adopt the Financial Statements from the previous year
5 To elect Officers of the Executive Committee
6 Any other Business
Nominations are invited for the elected positions of
President
Chairman
Vice Chairman
Secretary
Director of Finance
Director of Works
Director of Rugby
Director of Mini and Junior Rugby
Nominations must be accompanied by a proposer and a seconder both of whom must be paid up club members as well as the nominee. Nominations should be sent to John Kenny
Secretary, either by e mail or by post as above. The closing date for nominations is midnight on Friday 19th May 2017
