Ladies 10s event on Saturday 29th August 10 -3pm. The event is open to all Ladies teams whether in the League set up or not (please see reply form for exact entry details). We are just awaiting confirmation that this will be one of the festival of rugby endorsed events so further marketing materials will be sent out.

The event is open to New Clubs & those in CN1 & CN2, N1/2W no player restrictions but Clubs any higher (Champ N2) MUST only use their Development Players. This is to ensure playing standard is equal throughout & to ensure the Social side of event is adhered to along with Development of all players/teams. Each team will be allocated a world cup team prior to the event to allow players to bring something to the party atmosphere e.g. face paints, banners, kit, fancy dress etc. We will even throw in the best dressed team award for fancy dress.

The Merseyside Rugby Development Team will be on hand to assist with the running of the event, we may also invite a couple of U13/15/18 teams to play against the Southport Girls teams but this will depend on numbers entered for the Ladies 10s & space being used.
