In accordance with the Articles of Association and Rules of the Club, Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Club will take place on Thursday April 25th 2019 at the Clubhouse, commencing 7.15pm. All club members are invited and encouraged to attend.

The Agenda is to:
1 Read the Notice Convening the Meeting
2 Agree the Minutes of the previous AGM 2018
3 To receive the Reports of the Executive Committee
4 To receive and if thought fit, adopt the Financial Statements from the previous year
5 To elect Directors of the Executive Committee
6 Any other Business

All current Elected Directors as below are required to resign, but those incumbents may reapply for election. Nominations are therefore invited for the elected positions of

Chairman
Vice Chairman
Secretary
Director of Finance
Director of Works
Director of Rugby
Director of Mini and Junior Rugby
Club Captain
