HAVING YOUR MINT CAKE AND EATING IT!
The u7,u8,u9,u10,u11 and u12 are on tour to the Lake District this weekend taking on Kirkby Lonsdale on Saturday and Keswick and Wigton on Sunday
This is building up to be a fantastic two days of rugby, hog roasts and team bonding.
The children will look resplendent in their new tour shirts designed by the children and sponsored by Brash and Co Accountants for under 7, Fletchers Solicitors Under 8, Heritage Building Solutions Under 9, Monkey Puzzle Nursery Under 10, Network Space Under 11 and Asab Oil+ Mr Carney for the under 12s.
The touring supporters will be forming their own Barmy Army with a marching bass drum, trumpets and any other instruments we can acquire to ensure the kids have best positive encouragement and we continue on the theme of the Southport sixteenth man with a tour choir led by Andy Lawton and David Brown.
A very big thank you to all the team admins and coaches that have helped bring such a big tour together.
