In the course of the last year, we have worked to establish a clear strategy for the Club. This includes a clear Vision, Mission and a set of Core Values that, together with clear Strategic Objectives, chart our direction and the way we will go about achieving our goals.

I am delighted to present an short 'outline' document which communicates this picture and the road ahead for the Club.
