REMINDER ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

REMINDER
The Annual General Meeting of the Club will take place this Thursday June 24th 2021 at the Club grounds, commencing 7.15pm. We will not be live streaming the meeting so all club members are invited and encouraged to attend. Social distancing protocols will of course be observed.
The Agenda is to:
1 Read the Notice Convening the Meeting
2 Agree the Minutes of the previous AGM 2020
3 To receive the Reports of the Executive Committee
4 To receive and if thought fit, adopt the Financial Statements from the previous year
5 To elect Directors of the Executive Committee
6 Any other Business
Nominations have been received for the Elected Directors by the closing date, and there are no contested positions this year.
