As well as providing invaluable feedback it also went a considerable way to supporting the Club as it seeks funding from both the RFU and Sport England.

Also invaluable were the comments that also accompanied the answers which provided depth and colour as to how members are feeling about the Club.

In broad terms here are the key messages ;

90% of members agree that the Club is a place for someone like me
69% of members agree that the Club does not currently have clean modern facilities
98% of members agree that the service of staff and volunteers are friendly.
90% of members agree that the quality of food and beverages are good.
96% of members agree that the Club is good for their Community.
93% of members look forward to going down to the Club.

(NB The above % have been rounded and are based on answers 1 and 2 indicating a No answer and answers 3 and 4 indicating a Yes answer.)

These results provide clear and unequivocal support to our bids for funding.
