In April he won 3 matches with last minute tries and defensive work but what made Sam stand out is that he has now begun to see the team picture. He is now advising and encouraging players in defensive lines and supporting in attack.

He has shown special care and patience with a new player to the age group - guiding him in train g and a match which belies his tender years.

Sam is always first to volunteer with a smile for anything the coaches ask on the pitch - and both on and off he is polite, knowledgeable about the game and an ambassador for our club."
