TONIGHT'S THE NIGHT! RWC opening ceremony live on all 5 new screens and much more besides at the Waterloo Road rugby Funzone over the weekend.

See all the host nation group games with junior/senior/ladies kicking competitions, kids treasure hunts & bouncy castles, sweepstakes amidst RWC bunting & flags, and opposition themed food & music to capture the occasion.

Bring the family, friends, neighbours too!

First port of call the South Pacific (this evening), to the Celtic fringe (26th), then Down Under (3rd October) and the Pampas plains (10th). Hopefully this will not be journeys end with more of the same to come if England progress into the knock-out stage.

Itinerary for the Fiji game:

1700 Club opens

1800-1900 Kids treasure hunt

1800-1930 Seniors , Ladies, Juniors and Minis goal kicking competition (weekly during tournament)

1800-1945 Fire Engine on site for kids to embark and look

2000 England v Fiji kick off.

23.30 Club closes

Fijian themed drinks and food, and 'English' food and drink will be served from 1700 onwards, food will cease at 2030.

Balloon release, World Cup t shirts, lucky bags, balls, key rings, flags, and wrist bands on offer, bouncy castle, outdoor playing games, let the kids play...All welcome down club..
