The presentation of the Cup and Plate trophies and medals will follow each match on the side of the pitch.

TEAMS ARRIVING
Teams to arrive at the ground no more than one hour before their scheduled kick off.

Obviously if schools who have more than one age group in the finals and arriving by coach, then teams playing in the later games do not go to the changing rooms until one hour before kick off.

There will be 16 teams in total and the number of changing rooms available is small. It is advisable that teams arrive in their kit to change back into uniforms if the so wish after the game. The changing room schedule will be very tight and each team to be fairly quick in changing and show some patience.

Schools will be responsible for their own valuables as changing rooms will not be locked.

All schools should have a change strip in case of a colour clash.

SAFETY OF SPECTATORS
Spectators will be asked to stand behind the coloured lines/barriers at the side of the pitch for the safety of the boys playing and for the spectators themselves.

CATERING
Schools: The boys and officials from each team will receive a meal ticket to be presented at the catering area for their meal. 25 tickets per team

Meals for U13 finalists at 1.15 to 1.30 pm (100 max)
Meals for U14 finalists at 2.15 to 2.30 pm (100 max)
Meals for U15 finalists at 3.15 to 3.30 pm (100 max)
Meals for U16 finalists at 4.45 pm to 5.00 pm (100 max)

Official Guests: Official guests of Lancashire County Schools Union will be entertained in the private room. Buffet lunch from 12.30.
Lunch for approximately 30 persons

There will be catering and bar facilities available for parents and supporters.

FIRST AID
There will be a physiotherapist available at the club, however, schools should administer there own minor first aid problems to their own boys.

COACH PARKING
All coaches could be parked on the main Southport –Liverpool Road outside the Southport Club ground.

Admission to finals will be £3.00 per adult and £1 per school students U16. Programmes £2
