Burnaby Lake Rugby Club is located just 15 minutes from the heart of beautiful Vancouver, and is home to players from all over the world and is among Canada's premier clubs.

During their tour, the Burnaby Lake U19 squad are travelling between Edinburgh and Liverpool, playing two different clubs in a ten days. Boroughmuir RFC (Scotland) and Southport RFC (England).

Burnaby Lake will arrive in Southport on Monday March 13 for the second leg of a 10-day tour of Scotland and England. On the Monday they will be traveling down from Edinburgh stopping off in the Lake District before heading to Southport for a training session to prepare for their game the following day.

Tuesday 14th of March our visitors will be sightseeing in Liverpool before the match in the evening. The game is set to get underway at 6pm; with the bar and kitchen open in the clubhouse. The fixture will be followed by player of the match awards, speeches, beers and all the usual post match shenanigans.

The following day our visitors will be enjoying the Beatles Experience & Museum and a Liverpool Football Club Stadium Tour before watching Real Madrid and Liverpool in the Champions League last 16 game at Southport & Birkdale Cricket Club.

Thursday will see our visitors return to Edinburgh.
