In accordance with the Articles of Association and Rules of the Club, Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Club will take place on Thursday 25th of April 2024 at the Club grounds, commencing 8.15pm. All members are welcome to attend and vote. We will not be live streaming the meeting so all club members are invited and encouraged to attend.

The Agenda is to:

Read the Notice Convening the Meeting
Agree the Minutes of the previous AGM 2020
To receive the Reports of the Executive Committee
To receive and if thought fit, adopt the Financial Statements from the previous year
To elect Directors of the Executive Committee
Any other Business

All current Elected Directors as below are required to resign, but those incumbents may reapply for election. Nominations are therefore invited for the elected positions of:

President
Chairman
Vice Chairman
Secretary
Director of Finance
Director of Works
Director of Rugby
Director of Mini and Junior Rugby
Club Captain

Nominations must be accompanied by a proposer and a seconder, both of whom must be paid up club members as well as the nominee. Nominations should be e mailed to Julie Fearns at julie.fearns1@outlook.com
