Club Touch is open to everyone whether you have played rugby before or not. Touch Rugby is a non-contact sport which is a great way to improve and maintain fitness. The sessions are free of charge and are open to men and women aged 14+.

The night will consist of a series of Touch Rugby matches in mixed teams which are organised on the night. There is no need to bring a team with you, all you need is yourself!
